ABOUT ME:

My journey in the world of design began with a passion for architecture, shaped by years in engineering consultancy firms. After that, I decided to pursue my master’s in urban design, and during my studies, I served as a teaching assistant for undergraduate architecture students at Ajman University.  balancing academia with mentorship. A pivotal shift came when I entered real estate, leading me to Cornell’s Real Estate Development program, where I embraced the synergy between architecture and market dynamics.

I have contributed to major projects such as Jewel of the Creek, Roda Beach Resort, Al Muntazah Complex, and The Village Mall—achieving outcomes like increased hotel key counts, enhanced future revenues, and improved ROI through strategic renovations.

Within Jewel of the Creek—comprising 14 buildings—I contributed to Phase II residential conversions and Phase III design development. In a collaborative team effort, I helped shape the concept of the Jewel Waterfront Fountain—through sketches, 3D modeling, and coordination with consultants—turning it into a landmark feature.

Based on my notable contributions and expertise, I was appointed to Hamdan Awards Development Committee, tasked with evaluating proposals spanning multiple sites. In this capacity, I conducted comprehensive feasibility analyses and provided strategic feedback, ensuring optimal alignment between design and development outcomes.

I believe architecture is not just about form, but about crafting narratives that resonate with the pulse of the market and the human experience. This vision shapes both my designs and strategic outlook.
