The renovation encompassed the Al-Muntazah Complex, consisting of 220 villas, and included comprehensive upgrades to the façade, aluminum glazing, all kitchen countertops and cabinets, all bathroom countertops, fixtures, and accessories, as well as all interior doors and wardrobes.
This transformation increased the rent from 135,000 AED to 225,000 AED, resulting in a 66.6% increase in revenue.
